Your Tasks： * Support for successfully fulfillment of Demands (Projects/small Orders/Requests) for Region Asia Pacific focusing on IT standards, business satisfaction, operational excellence, training/ communication and user experience, Support. * Standard activities on Service Delivery and Service Operation – Production Application Support, monitoring, control, Server Management, Network Management etc. * E2E Accountability Business and Technical Services. * Assure E2E Application Service, Launches and Rollouts and Service Delivery/Operation in compliance with IT Guidelines, leveraging IT strategy and business satisfaction. * Guidelines to handle Production IT Services and Quality solutions during lifetime cycle leveraging IT Strategy and business satisfaction. * Enable and contribute for Service Delivery/Operation within the IT Processes (ITIL) leveraging IT strategy, global structures, shared services and strategic partnerships. * Business and Technical Services to improve business satisfaction and service costs. * Lead and drive programs and roadmaps to support business change. * Support and frame conditions for Application Service and Operations/Service delivery. Your Profile： * IT Management professional. * Leadership experience. * Operational excellence, critical thinking, communication and research skills. * In depth business understanding – IT operations in a factory environment. * SCADA, MES and IT Manufacturing Solid Knowledge.
