Summary of Main Responsibilities
* Work together with key management team to elaborate the projects strategy,
establish effective project communication plans and supervise whole progress on
execution. Possess strong business sensitivity and holistic view in portfolio
management.
* A key connecting link, not limited to Oncology commercial internal team but
also with cross team partners, like Product Development, Roche Diagnostics, to
collaborate together for business success.
* A vital role, upstream two-way communication with global team, downstream
to regional business team.
Professional Requirements
* Solid portfolio experience, accountable to push projects’ implementation;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially cross team
collaboration;
* Strong business acumen and adaptive capability;
* Can do attitude, can work under high-pressure and fast pace.
Experience
* At least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related
industry, preferably in an external customer facing role;
* At least bachelor degree with market/cooperate strategy experience in top
consulting firm;
