一、主要職責 / Key Responsibilities
1、市場開拓 / Market Development
識別並跟蹤非洲區域重點基建、礦業和大型工程項目。
建立與政府、行業協會、國際金融機構等合作關係。
Identify and follow major infrastructure, mining, and construction projects in Africa.
Build cooperative relationships with governments, industry associations, and international financial institutions.
2、大客戶經營 / Key Account Management
製定並執行大客戶開發計劃，搭建多層級客戶關係網絡。
深入理解客戶需求，提供整體解決方案（設備 金融 服務）。
Develop and implement account development plans, building multi-level client relationships.
Provide integrated solutions (equipment financing after-sales service) based on client needs.
3、項目管理 / Project Management
推動項目從機會識別、商務談判到合同簽訂的全過程。
協調總部與區域團隊，確保交付與服務落地。
Manage the full project lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract signing.
Coordinate with HQ and regional teams to ensure delivery and service execution.
