崗位職責:
◼ Handle daily work and projects under defined process with supervision.
◼ Execute daily onboarding with supervision by guiding suppliers, managing program's progress, and resolving onboarding roadblocks through collaboration with THD functional groups and US counterparts to enhance speed to market.
◼ Identify and escalate potential risks in daily operations with supervision to the management team and US counterparts.
◼ Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to build out Private Brand and direct import product offerings in designated merchandising area.
◼ Support PDMs/Merchants in daily onboarding activities.
◼ Identify opportunities for improvement in onboarding process to increase efficiency and effectiveness of work.
任職要求:
◼ Detail-oriented
◼ Relationship building across functions
◼ Experience using complex project management / software systems is preferred
◼ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (BI tool skill is a plus, such as Power BI, Tableau).
◼ Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
◼ Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation.
◼ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
◼ Bachelor degree and above with 2 years working experience.
