· 數字化項目落地：主導供應鏈計劃領域數字化、智能化項目，結合業務實際梳理痛點，設計解決方案並推進落地，拒絕“紙上談兵”

As a digital specialist of GDS China, you will focus on the digitalization and intelligence transformation of supply chain planning, empower the entire supply chain planning process with digital tools and AI technology, optimize planning accuracy, improve business efficiency, and personally build the digital capability system of supply chain planning—every effort you make can directly drive the enterprise's intelligent upgrading, full of a sense of accomplishment!


Core Job Responsibilities

Digital Project Implementation:

Lead digital and intelligent projects in the field of supply chain planning, sort out business pain points based on actual operations, design solutions and promote their implementation. Reject "empty talk" and participate in the breakthrough from 0 to 1 throughout the process.

Business Empowerment; Upgrading:

Connect with business partners related to supply chain planning, dig deep into needs, and use digital/intelligent tools/methods to help the business achieve process digitalization and refined management, so as to effectively improve efficiency and quality.

Technology Exploration; Practice:

Be familiar with traditional supply chain digital systems such as ERP PP, SAP APO/IBP, and combine new technologies such as data and AI to explore intelligent application scenarios such as demand forecasting and inventory optimization, unlocking new ways of integrating technology and business.

Collaboration; Communication:

Collaborate with local cross-departments and conduct daily communication with the Global team. Ensure smooth communication without internal friction, synchronize work goals, and promote all matters efficiently.

Self-iteration; Growth:

Continuously pay attention to new trends and technologies in supply chain digitalization and intelligence, take the initiative to learn and apply them to work. Not only improve personal capabilities, but also promote the upgrading of the team's digital level—reject standing still!
