Responsibilities overview

Main tasks
1. 零售B2B主管,負責該區域的B2B客戶年度銷售計劃,簽訂並完成B2B協議客戶的年度銷售目標,完成或超過公司和經理下達的工作目標和任務。
2. 協助B2B客戶對於年度投入進行成本核算,確保銷售業績符合年度目標分解;按照合作計劃約定,跟蹤和實施B2B客戶的執行方案,並有效開展活動,並在活動後進行合理性評估。
3.按照月度管理B2B客戶銷售數據和計算,及時做好反饋及溝通,包括數據直連對接工作推進並確保數據詳細準確。
4. 跟蹤B2B客戶的銷售和庫存數據,每家B2B客戶覆蓋率,複購率等進行及時分析,是否銷售存疑、數據異常等情況並為管理層級和銷售團隊提供有價值的數據信息。
5. 審核B2B客戶的線上展示協議,並對市場部提供GCMA審核後的活動內容在相應平台進行線上展示,對瀏覽量、點擊率進行合理評估,並將成本控製在預算範圍內。
6. 協議公司在B2B客戶中的合作項目,做好項目溝通的推進和協調工作,提高客戶的數據安全性。
7. 監測和分析市場趨勢,探索區域市場機會,挖掘潛力城市,保持成熟市場業務穩定,並為公司戰略的製訂提供反饋和建議。
8. 協調並有效實施各項項目和活動,合理分配和控製所有資源。有效管理項目和活動流程,確保其真是有效地執行。
10. 建議並保持有效的溝通係統,定期向高級管理人員報告區域工作進展情況,並於零售團隊和其他部門建立合作關係。
11. 為製訂和修改銷售相關政策和程序以及其他內部政策提供谘詢,以實現高效的銷售運營。
12. 支持公司的各種創新舉措,積極探索創新的機會和方法。
13. 履行經理分配的所有其他職責。
Job requirements· Education:
Bachelor or above, major in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Life Science is preferred.
· Working experience:
External candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience in MNC of the pharmaceutical industry. At least 2 years sales management experience or KA customer management experience is preferred.
· Skill:
Fluent Chinese and English speaking, writing and good at office software operation Professional knowledge in related product fields. Influence and strategic thinking ability. Communication, planning, organization and problem solving skills. Sense of teamwork. Strong willingness and ability to learn. Good at self-motivation, self-challenge and managing pressure.
· Integrity:
It can strictly manage its own behavior and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, industry standards and relevant laws, including, but not limited to, FCPA (anti-corruption law) and relevant anti-corruption provisions in Chinese mainland.
